Founded in 1926 as Harry R. Mygrant Glass & Glazing, Mygrant Glass is now a fourth-generation family business. Mygrant Glass Co., Inc. is the largest independent wholesale distributor of auto glass in the United States.

As our interim CIO, Ryan helped the company navigate the turbulent waters of a ransomware attack.  With Ryan’s leadership and expertise, we were quickly able to re-establish our production environment as well as perform detailed forensics and diagnostics.  He also performed a broad assessment of IT capabilities and worked with our C-Suite leadership to define a staffing plan and an initial roadmap to mature and secure our IT organization and assets.

During the second part of his engagement with us, Ryan led and implemented a number of key initiatives, including leading and managing an offshore development team in the creation of an interface technology that generates nearly 10% of the company’s revenues, selecting and implementing Rubrik for immutable backups, recommending and assisting in the implementation of an email gateway technology and providing a thorough review of Cybersecurity Capability and Maturity, providing both a roadmap for our security program and model for us to leverage for self-evaluation going forward.
